Good day. Its been a good day, 700 cals at the gym, and feeling fine. Eaten enough food and done plenty exercise. I am absolutely sure I cannot lose the 4.8lb by Christmas Eve, not that I'm going to stop mind got to get the weight down to the minimum I can before I go over to eat stupid amounts. If I can come home with weight at somewhere around 181 then three weeks and I should get myself down to target weight, then just got to hold it steady until the summer and I can strutt on the beach with my new body.
