2B Lunch water first 20 oz; 1 Italian Stuffed Pepper (made from lean ground Turkey, brown rice, Parmesan cheese, garlic, onion, marinara sauce, & fresh basil. I was still hungry so I drank another 20 oz of water and had another 3/4c stuffing.
