NY Steak, Collard greens with pork fat, apple cider vinegar, fresh garlic, purple onion. I hesitated, but I did add fake sweetener. I'm trying working on that.
Over the last almost two weeks I have not done or completed any endurance. My right hip is saying HELLO. NO cardio. I realize I have done this before. 14 years ago I worked too fast in a obese state. Last time I wore knee braces. I will focus on physical therapy and stretches for my legs and hips.
Focus: stretching w/ a lot of strength training
