Ahhh! AHHHHH! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! And thus, this begins my official "diet". I've spent the last week just switching up my eating habits. I'm now eating breakfast, and choosing my snacks a lot more easier.
I need to drink more water, get back into an exercise routine (but who wants to do that after 8 hours of work?! Not me.) and continue to eat even better.
I can do this though. I'VE GOT CONFIDENCE.
