I actually ended up feeling very sick and I had to just quit and do cardio on the bike but I have a doctors appointment Friday hopefully I can find out what’s going on

Oh dear... I am sorry. I'm glad you are going to see a doctor. Hopefully it is something simple like iron deficiency or... Well, I don't know what it could be. But I'm praying for you. ❤️ I sure thought of you the other day when I got feeling awful while lifting. I was sort of in a hurry and not taking enough time to recover. Plus I had increased a couple weights. I had to quit before finishing because I was feeling really sick. To feel that way every time must be beyond miserable. Hang in there, girl!!!

Oh no :( I’m sorry I know that is a sucky feeling especially when you are mid workout and crushing it feeling strong .
Yeah I just want to get back to losing so I hope they can find out what’s wrong too . Although that’s a dumb reason to want it fixed so hopefully like you told me earlier this week I can stop being so hard on myself and get to a place where I feel I’m moving forward and can feel proud and like I’m accomplishing things
