WELL TODAY WAS DAY 1 IN PHASE 2. I ATE CHEERIOS THIS MORNING, THAT WAS A NICE CHANGE AND I ATE SOME CHEESE AS WELL. I ALSO ATE SOME BEEF AND I JUST DID NOT ENJOY IT AT ALL. IT MADE ME FEEL GROSS. I DID MY 30 MIN WORKOUT VIDEO THIS MORNING BUT I FEEL LIKE I NEED TO ADD MORE EXERCISE IN NOW THAT IM ADDING IN THE NEW FOOD.

the book does suggest adding more exercise. I found after detox I didnt miss meats like I thought I would. I still dont eat a lot of meats and I am in phase 3.

I'm in phase 3, and I haven't eaten much meat or bread at all. The first time I ate beef after detox made me sick! Lizz is right - during phase 2, you need to increase your activity by at least 10%. Sounds like you're doing great so keep going!!

so now i do my workout video in the morning and i just got my treadmil so i will walk or run at night :)
