The rheumatologist on Monday said my RA has progressed, I should reduce stress, walk daily, do yoga, and lose weight to manage better. Also started cortisone again. So gave me a day to feel sorry for myself. I cried and had a good wallow session. Picked myself up this morning and went for a 5km walk. Started with morning shakes to which I add chia flaxeeds, gelatine, tumeric, cinnamon and fibre. No carbs b fast an lunch and limited for dinner. Also started taking CLA 3000. Seeing doc on 29 Jan again and weigh 95kg by then.
