One last really big push for Christmas. Danger lies ahead, staff Xmas party and then a lunch with my team, but two or three good days this week (party on Thursday) and I can get things really moving, am resolved to cut drink down seriously this week to make space for Thursday and to help the weight loss I know I can't do 4.8 lb by Xmas (its only 9 days away) but I can make a dent in it so when I get back I've got some pounds in the bank. I may even treat myself to a Big Mac and Chocolate Milkshake in order to celebrate!!!!!
