Hi Peeps

Been doing a low-carb Keto diet since the 20th of August and the results are just amazing ..... I had forgotten how to change over my start weight data on FS, so I couldn't add the embarrassing amount of weight that I had gained since the COVID-19 lock down (that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it)..... So pleased with myself today that I had figured it out on my own ..... It had crept up to 206lbs my heaviest weight gain ever in my life!!! But the weigh in today really made me grin, it has dropped to 190lbs, I know its still heavy, but I'm getting there, my ideal weight would be around 160lbs ..... So I'll give it my best shot .....
