Worked out twice this week and will try to run in the morning. Tonight I have to work till 11pm so no workout for me. Having a hard time remembering to drink water. I have an empty bottle of smartwater on my desk and need to make myself drink more. I think water and exercise will be a big deal for me in getting my weight down/stress down/energy up.
