Today was a beautiful day, lots of sun and lots of color still remaining. I was bored and resorted to working cross word puzzles. I have backed off to 30 carbs and actually it felt good not to have so much to eat. I am trying to maintain my weight and not go on a yoyo diet. I had my usual walk this morning. So far the weekends haven't been much of a challenge because I don't really crave anything.
