Last week was pretty chaotic but despite this I managed to loose some weight (-0.4 kg) anyway 😉🙃. But, as I have a short, one week holiday under the sun, coming soon, I will try to be more concentrated for the next few weeks.....b e f o r e my holiday🤪.
