After an emotional depressing few months of horrible eating and NO exercise, the only damage was 12 pounds.... back to the gym and back on track and I know i can look forward to a MAJOR weight loss this month just by eating right and the excessive 5 grueling days of gym time Im committing to! Feels good to be back at the gym and really determined to lose 25 lbs before my sisters wedding Valentine's day!!! :)
194.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
