You've ever been at the phase wear you're really pumped, eating right, exercising, doing everything right and then BAM - all motivation is lost.

I just got to the point, and after you know laying awake each night telling myself I'm going to eat better (and of course, forgetting and caving with junk) I'm forcing myself to get back on track.

It's December 1st, and I'm doing this. I NEED TO DO THIS. I'll started out slow this week, get my metaphorical ducks in a row, and then comes next week (well, december 5th that is.) when it really starts.
