The number one tip is to use it honestly :-) Log your food and activity everyday and on your diet calendar you will be able to monitor your progress and make sure you are creating a calorie deficit. This has been critical to my success. Create a good solid support system by signing up for challenges and putting out friend requests. You will be receiving a request from me shortly. I'll send you invites to some of the challenges we (me and my buddies) have going on and you can start there. Be open and honest, don't be afraid to ask questions and just be yourself. I have found a lot of support that has gotten me through some rough times on here, and I hope you do too!!
