I knew this was coming, one week of not counting, and a holiday = no weight loss. I'm very excited that I didn't gain weight this week! Tonight is the start of my new exercise routine - 15 minutes of dog walking and 15 minutes of Wii Fit. I have a feeling that joining the gym is going to be delayed until after the holidays, hubby and I are really strapped for extra spending money right now.
