Have been away literally and figuratively for the last few days ... in D.C. working at a craft show. Ate very little as I was so busy -- and not hungry. Great exercise standing all day - 9 hours per day - too.
Happy to see that I lost a lb in the month since I've weighed in last -- a month ago. But, that's BAD -- only one lb in one month.
Still plugging away though. Had low sodium, low calorie canned soup for lunch. Brought three cans to the office.
Ate microwave popcorn bag for snack... 360 calories. Soup 200 calories.
