Don't beat yourself up. We've all been there for the most part at one time or another. The holidays can be the worst time to try to lose weight and especially form and maintain better eating habits . I noticed it's been awhile since you recorded on your diet calendar. It's a good place to start to assess the nutritional content of what you are eating. I recommend you set a goal for protein/carb/fat ratio and to not go above your recommended RDI calories and to not go below 1200 calories. One day at a time. :-) .... believe me, I am no expert but I hope this helps and encourages you. I have faith in you. YOU CAN DO IT!
