I've started losing weight again after about a month of little ups and downs. I'm excited to be entering the new year under 200 lbs, with a little luck maybe even in the 180's! The funeral is wed for my husband's uncle and this is going to be a very stressful week. I am going to try my best not to let the emotion make me eat but when you're traveling 6+ hours each day it's not easy to eat right. I bought a bunch of bottled water for the trip and borrowing my niece's DS to keep my hands busy.

Good plan! I think planning ahead for obstacles is the best way to come away healthy in situations like that. I'm sorry to hear about your husband's uncle. It makes it so much harder this time of year.

I have to travel some with my job and I try to take healthy snacks and tuna, carrot sticks, nonfat yogurt, etc in a small cooler. It really helps if you make a eating plan before you go. I know it is hard too when you are under alot of stress and emotion are running high.
