How do you make salmon cake.

Just looked at your food journal and copied what I think was probable salmon cake ingredients and amounts.

Hi Ruth I'm just getting the hang of how to post here. I didn't even know my pics were visible. I use the Pink salmon in the can and I keep the skin and bones, but you can discard them if you like. I season the salmon with garlic powder and onion powder and old bay seafood seasoning and sometimes I add onion or scallion. Old bay makes a salmon seasoning packet and I use a half pack and about two tablespoons of mayo. I form the patties and either fry them in avocado oil, or like the ones pictured, I put a pat of butter on top and broil them on 500. Hope this helps!
