Well yesterday went over my 1200 calories I was more like 1400 maybe a little over and today with lunch I am at 820 so dinner is going to be very slim. By writing this I feel more accountable to myself by saying I will watch what I eat at home this evening. Tomorrow I am going out of town for about 5 days I plan to stay with-in my 1200 calories I hope to do that by fasting and maybe just doing a small brunch typ meal and enjoying a nice early dinner.
