When I went off the wagon last summer I began eating everything I had been denying myself for over a year....in mass quantities...couldn't stop myself. So this time I am not denying anything and feeling guilty if I indulge.I know I cant over do it,and I am not buying bags of chocolate but if I am too tempted buy the GIANT bag of Halloween candy my grandkids got and steal a Twizzler I think I will be ok. My youngest grandson is having his 1st birthday party today. All the grandkids will be there in Halloween costumes.Great photo op. I really missed my FS buddies.I thought about you often. HAPPY SUNDAY!!

Hi, welcome 'home'. Your plan sounds good, sometimes we need a little of this or that and as long as we can work it in to our plan, it should all be good. :)

It's great to have back! I've been working on & was recently on a retreat about eating mindfully. The mindful approach claims that restricting foods set us up to overeat or binge on them. If you're interested & haven't read her book, it's called Eat What You Love, Love What You Eat by Michelle May. Xoxox
