I overshot my calorie target one day this week (by something like 1%), but I'm still running at an overall deficit and I'm still losing, so I'm not worried about it.
On Thursday, I lost my phone briefly, which interrupted my logging process. I'm still catching up.
Nutritionally speaking, things still aren't where I want them to be, though I was at least doing a tad better for much of the week. The last two days have been disorganized grab-n-go type days, and we haven't even eaten lunch yet today. I at least got out for a brief ride and some breakfast.
Next weigh-in will be on Monday. I'm trying to check in twice a week right now. I'm still too likely to obsess about things if I weigh in more frequently than that.
