GOOD MORNING TO ALL OF YOU
WONDERFUL FS BUDDIES.....................................
I have only lost one pound, BUT, its my fault, did not work at it, not at all hard enough as i should have, so, i am going back to induction phase as of this day....sunday dec.7th, and that will take me up to dec. 21st ...........14 days.......and see where i am by then!!! SO, i can have some leave-way for the almighty food-consumption on dec.25th. WHEN i say that, i mean i may have potatoe filling and gravy, not a dozen cookies or that stuff, i would rather have ham and filling any day than cookies, so............. want some space to eat that stuff. NEED to get some more pounds off though, then i will have that stuff. SO, i know i can do it, its NOT that hard if i stick to my guns, right!!??

PS. MY mother is finally home from the hospital, after her 6 week stay in Philly!!! whew!! WHAT a load lifted off all of my family, MY MOMMA is sooooooooooooooooooo HAPPY to be in her own house again!!!with My (our) Dad!!!!! Love to all, and hugs to you!
pps. will do measurements again on the 21st of dec.too.
