A day at a time. Keeping calorie count under 2500 and sodium under 2000mg works well but can't touch prepared foods as sodium is insane. My water averages 120 fluid ounces a day and high sodium holds on to it. Calorie total averages 2314/day but pig out days screw it up. Staying in the zone is difficult with this next hundred pounds. Onward sailors. :) .
