Well my weight is DEFINITELY travelling in the wrong direction. I'm hoping that this is just some more of that infamous weekend weight-gain. Still trying to cut down on the eating out, and still failing. At least on Sunday we split a breakfast. I WAS planning to eat leftover chicken fried rice for lunch yesterday, but Ron & our friend Marcus wanted to eat out instead. I do have a funny story about last Friday. I'd taken out some pork chops for dinner & was ready to make them when I got home. Ron told me he put them in the fridge when he came home. So I went to get them, but they weren't there! After searching everywhere (including the trash can), we finally realized that he'd put them back in the FREEZER! So there went my dinner plans - we ended up finding a new Italian restaurant for dinner, LOL! I wonder if he did that on purpose?

I'm still struggling with the meal planning/prepping on Sundays. I keep watching these YouTube videos that SWEAR you can do it all in one hour. Seems to take me 2-3, unless I'm doing something wrong (probably). I managed to cook the squash, rice, potatoes & carrots, so I've at least got THAT part done for the week. And I finally baked those darned pork chops, too - but not the chicken. That gets made tonight. And I guess I need to start checking the calorie counts on these premade meals, AND stop eating out so much!!!
