Well, I think I'm ready for the next step in my diet -- actually cutting calories. I've been very pleased with myself so far and have lost a little weight (emphasis on the "little"). But I'm ready to let go of the side and start swimming. I feel safe and water ready. It's funny but I do feel that the support that I get here is like having a lifeguard. I'm going to cut my calories and try to go to a thousand calories less a day. Maybe I'll be able to do two pounds a week.
