I made it through the funeral yesterday pretty well. I ate what I was supposed to up until after. I also bowled last night. I ended up eating at a restaurant and they did not have anything even close to what I was supposed to eat, so, me being sad and hungry made a poor food choice and instead of going for the salad, I went for the Calzone (sausage at that). I know I should have been better. It was one meal and I am already back on track. Just had my breakfast getting ready for my day and my gosh my pear was good!
