Small changes, small steps in the right direction. Increasing my water intake and replacing one meal per day with a healthy yummy crunchy salad has started tipping my scale! Hooray! I haven’t seen 75 kg in a long time. Huge accomplishment for me! Patting myself on the back! 🤣
