ah hem! ... I'm going to take a "before" picture this week. I can't remember the last time I took a photo of myself :(. I am doing it so that I will never forget where I've been, once I've completed my weightloss journey. Once I get enough courage, I will post it on the photos group as my before picture. You know the saying, a picture is worth a thousand words. I am soooo looking forward to my after picture ... (I may even take some in-between, in order to document my journey).
