Well, I haven't weighed myself since this last weekend, but I'm going to allow myself a day or two to normalize. The tricky bit is that I did eat more than I normally would, but I also did a lot of running around, walking around and dancing, so I don't know how it all turned out in the end.

One of my close friends was in town this weekend, so we went out to look at some haunted houses together, which was soooo much fun! We were able to go to two really good ones on Friday, and we ended with a miniature dance party with the monsters (since we were one of the last groups to go through). So, even though I went to iHop beforehand (I got a grilled chicken sandwich and had 4 onion rings and like 3 fried), I didn't really each much else that day, and I tended to gravitate toward protein bars and lean proteins being prevalent in my meals.

On Saturday, I went to a wedding and we ate pretty well at the wedding. But most importantly, I danced for like 3 hours. And I mean dancing my heart out. What's better, I ended up mixing in some moves from Hip Hop Abs, so I got a bit of an ab workout in there. What's best is that I didn't wear my ankle brace all night and my ankle felt fine!!

Unfortunately, though, the next night, I literally didn't get one wink of sleep. On of the 4 other girls in my hotel room was snoring like her life depended on it, and I was the one right next to her. When I don't get sleep, I have very little self control, and though I ate a protein filled (large) breakfast at the hotel. Once I got home, I craved Pizza Hut hard core. When I was eating the Pizza Hut, I was like 'oh, yep, this is what I wanted.' But I was actually surprised that after I had the Pizza Hut my stomach was rebelling against me heavily. It was good to find out that my stomach is changing, and really greasy things with lots of cheese give me indigestion. So I'll have to remember that the next time I have Pizza Hut!

Fortunately, last night I was able to get a good night's sleep, so even though I'm still really tired (since I stayed up for like 36 hours straight), I feel much more in control. I'm nervous about weighing in tomorrow, but if I keep my fluids up and eat right today, I'm hoping I'll be right back where I was very soon!
