1800 calories per day is not going to cut it. I have slipped back into drinking "real" sodas and "real" sweet tea. Empty calories, I know. And the sugar aggravates the fibromyalgia. I know better. Casseroles aren't helping the cause either. And I have been too tired to make myself exercise. I will do better today.
