Brown rice cake for the nausea. Never had a constant state of nausea during any of my other pregnancies. It’s worse than the most intense hangover.

Hope you feel better! My nausea was so bad that I had to go on diclegis. I couldn’t eat anything for the first two months. Congratulations on your pregnancy and hope it eases up for you soon!

It should make a world of difference! I hope it helps you. I was nervous to take anything at first, but then found out that it’s simply an antihistamine and a B vitamin. Somehow, the combination takes away the nausea completely. My diet was pretty weird through the entire pregnancy. All I wanted was toddler food and didn’t want anything “healthy”. Once I got my morning sickness under control, all I lived on were pizza rolls, pretzels, jello, frozen pizza, cup o noodles, fries, etc. Couldn’t stand any veggies or whole foods, which is my typical diet. Coincidentally my last pregnancy which just ended one year ago I couldn’t stand to eat any vegetables or whole foods either and that also has been making up the bulk of my diet for years now. I too wanted toddler food! Can you believe I had a hankering on a regular basis for SpaghettiOs? I’ll be at everything can change but right now I am really digging on vegetables so I am so beyond grateful for that. Didn’t lose all the baby weight though from before. I guess I’ll probably try to maintain this weight to the best of my ability.

I guess a part of me is honestly concerned that if my nausea does go away well I just have a ravenous appetite that is out of control?
