Waist size is zooming more than weight. Feeling much more fit! Been successful in keeping protein in the 20 to 25% calorie range. Took a week away from weights. Will go back starting next week!
223.5 lb Lost so far: 20.5 lb.    Still to go: 29.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
