I'm so frustrated with my weight. The sad part is I know what works and what doesn't. Why can't I just make myself do what works? It's driving me nuts!
Here's a challenge for me: I want to commit to eating clean. Starting Saturday. I want to do this for 30 days. The only exception will be Christmas.
I think after 30 days, something like this would become a habit. Now, how do I hold myself accountable?

Looking at your profile though, it looks like you have come a long way and made very nice progress. I'm glad to hear that you know what works for you and what doesn't. I haven't quite figured that out for myself yet and maybe that's why I am struggling with a plateau once again. I haven't had a chance to work out much lately, so that doesn't help, of course. I had hoped to get below 160 by my birthday, but with it only 3 weeks away and my weight up and down like a yo-yo, I'm not sure that will happen. I'm still going to try though. I'll join you starting this Saturday with eating clean and eating really, really healthy - and hopefully both of us can reach our goals...:)
