Hmm berapa ya, kemaren aku kira-kira aja sih, satu porsi nasi goreng dan satu porsi katsu. Jadi mungkin 500, 600 kalori? Tapi kayaknya yg di foto itu lebih dari satu porsi deh, aku makan setengah yg setengahnya lagi dimakan adek hehehe...
