The past two days were just hectic

It’s not the rolling wagon that matters, it’s that you catch the next passing one! It’s a lifestyle change, don’t be too hard on yourself! Just get back up when you are ready! I haven’t had KFC since last year, but I’ve been craving it for the last couple of months. So we are planning on having KFC this up and coming heritage day... (screw the braai) 😉 I’m planning around it; and being very conscious of what I eat now. I can have my chicken and eat it too! 😉

I wish I was as strong as you are , thank you for your kind words though . I now regret the past four days as some damage was done to my trajectory .I also felt it yesterday during my excercise. I'm back on my grind now as it's time to clawback some of the losses. Happy Saturday. 💪🏿

If you really want KFC, get a grilled twista. Has 50% less calories. Then it's basically a tortilla wrap, with salad and grilled chicken. Still tastes like KFC

Think of the process like a dance or a flower with petals where the goal is to be in the middle. Sometimes you will move away from the middle and that's okay, the idea is to come back and try to stay in the middle as often as possible. Don't be discouraged by dancing away a bit, just try and bring yourself back as soon as you can. ☺️ I read about this in Louise Parker's book and it helps me a lot!
