HAH! I knew I shouldn't of weighed myself. Ppphhffftt! Okay, so I totally caved on food over the 4 day weekend. I ate whatever, whenever, and knew I'd see it show up on the scales. Back to the gym today. (Part of it is water retention. I feel and look a bit puffy and TOM is here.)
