Fasting blood sugar 158; weight 171.9
Worked in garden 1 1/2 hrs before breakfast this morning. Lunch was Keto mini waffles with mixed fruit topping and a spoonful of peanut butter. 3:00pm snack was a fat bomb. No walk today, but rode exercise bike 30 minutes.
Macros 9/81/10; 1040 calories; net carbs 20.21; fiber 4.1
