Good morning!
It's a short journal today - it's Wife's birthday and we're headed out to do a few things.
I did okay yesterday. Not great, but okay.
Yesterday, I was supposed to go to a max of 2,000 calories. I went to 2,200. That's okay - it's still less than I would have had allowed myself a week ago, before I adjusted my RDI. :)
Average intake per day for the last week is 1530, and most likely too low anyways.
My food choices were decent - I had real food most of the time, though we DID have a huge portion of sugar free ice cream. Yum.
Other than that, we did our walks, we exercised a little, and we relaxed.
Today, as I stated, is Wife's b-day. In a few minutes we're gonna go for our morning walk. I love that she's with me on this these days. It's super nice to have a walking companion.
I'm gonna hit the gym on the way too, and get that done. I feel like I need it today.
Then, later, Wife will let me know what she wants for lunch. Our outing today will be at lunch time, as I am working tonight. She might come join me the last hour or so, helping me to close down the store for the day. It'll be nice.
Other than that - no plans.

I'm up one kilo today. Fat% is the same.
I'm thinking this is entirely due to larger meals yesterday than what I have had for days. It's no big deal.
