I just got a new buddy request and its always nice to have friends for motivation.
Like I said to her just now.....I've been at this journey for a while but finally decided to go at it 100%, working out hard and not cheating on the food part.
My biggest inspiration was finding out my twin sister who is 2000 miles away back home in Louisiana has lost 25 pounds since I last saw her in February and I'm due to go home in early December so I'm trying to catch up with her before I get there. My niece let me in on the secret. I thought I'd surprise her with the same surprise she plans to show to me. This has definitely motivated me to say the least. No turning back for me. I'm sticking with it all the way to the Goal this time.
