Yup I have gone up. I've been giving myself some breathing room with the diet, it's been a year and I need some me time. I'll probably get back in to the swing of things after Christmas. I started a new job last month and there's been some big adjustments. It's what I needed to do to keep my sanity but I'll get going again soon, when life has calmed down a bit.
