I was not inspired by the Twinkie diet guy, but somehow I managed to live on ice cream, pie, and baked beans all weekend. With the exception of a BLT. Hmm. Not a good idea.
HOWEVER...my overall calorie content was <1200 (per day)...
and I lost a pound.
Oookeee.
