Today is day 1 on the High protein, low carb plan and am pleasantly surprised to feel full before and after lunch

Diet Calendar Entry for 03 September 2020:
870 kcal Fat: 28.19g | Prot: 65.84g | Carb: 87.69g.   Breakfast: Tesco Wholemeal Bread, Asda Avocado,  Fried Egg without Fat. Lunch: Tesco Cucumber, Tesco Wafer Thin Brunswick Ham,  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables,  Carrots ,  Cooked Lentils (Fat Not Added in Cooking). Dinner:  Cooked Vegetables (Fat Not Added in Cooking),  Roasted Grilled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten),  Sweet Potato , Tesco Reduced Sodium Salt, Bisto Reduced Salt Gravy. Snacks/Other: Tesco Value Roasted Salted Cashew Nuts, Sainsbury's Banana. more...
