I actually bought shrimp ceviche from the store 🤪 I’ve been buying salmon sashimi for a bit and it’s always been fresh so I took a chance on this ceviche. It was good. I finished the entire container, 10oz. 🤣 It was a little on the sweet side so I may tweak it next time but doing something to it 🤷♀️
