Back at it! December and January I got very sick Cold/Flu who knows what I had. then came Covid-19 (may of may not of had it). Turned 65 in June, worried about visceral fat,fortunately I went up only between 6-8 lbs. back into 190s arghhh. I won't go to gym like onelife, too may people for my liking. so I joined a smaller setting gym a week ago.. got so excited I threw my back out..... NOT GOING TO STOP. back to recording food...setting new goals, Thanks for listening/reading, just keep on keeping on.
