Holy moly, am I really one pound away from 230? Its funny because today was my goal day for 230, and I was 231.2 (so 0.3 away from 230.9), but that's okay. I know I'm in range of my weight loss goals.

Also, I know I can do now on an elliptical what I never could before :)

It's a grand day. I woke up cuddling my kitty. <3
231.2 lb Lost so far: 18.8 lb.    Still to go: 71.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
