Happy Monday!
I gained a bit and I know why.
Today, I am back on track. The goal for this week is to lose 5.4 pounds. Bought a recumbent bike and plopped it down in my living room right in front of the TV. Though I don't watch much, I made a commitment that when I am watching, I will peddle the bike, even if it's at a really slow speed. Why not right?
And today, I start P90X. I had done it a few years in the past but stopped. What I haven't shared, I don't think, is I had a pretty serious surgery a while back. I think I am ready now so Shoulders and Arms tonight.
The goal is 178 pounds by Christmas Eve. How's that for a Christmas present!?!?
