Still doing well with restricting my carbs. I had a baby shower to attend this weekend that I was a little worried about, but I did great! They had all the items to put together your own sandwich, so I just made lettuce wraps with veggies, meat and cheese. Then I avoided all the candy and grabbed a handful of nuts. I did treat myself to a strawberry and a slice of fresh pineapple and avoided the cupcakes! I was pretty proud of myself for not cheating at the shower.
I'm excited to be taking a horseback riding lesson tonight, my first of four that I signed up for. That should be fun!
Had coffee and eggs for breakfast. Lunch was a quick stirfry with beef, bok choy, peppers, onions and water chestnuts.
