Greetings my FS Followers!
I finally got some down time last week and was able to leave town. We went to Northern Minnesota and stayed at my friend's lake place...I ate well most days and got a little exercise.
The BEST was I got to kayak again! My second time since my full hip replacement. Getting in and out is a little hard still, but I get help. Kayaking was my primary post-surgery goal! I am doing it!
I also have been doing great back at Orange Theory Fitness at least three days a week and working towards four days. People cannot believe I am using the rowing machine, the elliptical and TRX straps so soon after surgery. Some weight moves are hard - I cannot really do lunges.
MY Biggest need right now is to create a quick loss food plan since I am having my second hip surgery on the other side October 6th!
